The Amazing Market

Whenever I go to a new place there are 2 places I always try to go, convenient store like 7-11 and the local market because these are the places that show you the local culture in its truest form. I've walked my share of Melbourne markets all around my house and it's just amazing.

The fennel's look amazingly like Scottish bagpipes. I am almost tempted to blow them.

The durian is amazingly smell-less but why do they have to put them in a net? It's like 2 thieves about to rob a bank.

The capsicum is amazingly long, it could have disguised itself as a glass. Juice anyone?

Artichokes are amazingly common here but so rare back hometown. They looked like water lilies that got too much gamma radiation and turn into ..... (Bruce : You call? )

It's amazing how they can sell the common tomatoes in so many ways. When you sell them in a group still attached on a stalk, it's called Truss Tomatoes. Why is it not call One Direction?

It's amazing how these baby cabbages are harvested from stalks like the below. It looked like the beanstalk outside Jack's house.

This has got to be the preferred thing to grow during war. These sweet potatoes are so amazingly huge they look like my thighs. Just imagine how many households one can feed.

Actually there is nothing much amazing about these chili's. They look like they don't have enough Vitamin D and they need to take a vacation to my hometown.
